Enplus Enters Into a Partnership Agreement with Major Taiwanese Enterprise RITEK to Provide Comprehensive Support for Initiatives Relating to Business Needs in Japan and Taiwan

　On October 16, 2023, Enplus Inc. (Ricoh Leasing Group; Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Kana Kumoshita, CEO; hereinafter “Enplus”) entered into a partnership agreement with RITEK Corpotration, a major Taiwanese enterprise and the world’s largest optical disk manufacturer (based in Hsinchu, Taiwan; CEO: Chwei Jing Yeh; hereinafter “RITEK”) in anticipation of the further expansion of Taiwanese enterprises into the Japanese market and Japanese enterprises into Taiwan market, including semiconductor-related companies.

　The purpose of this partnership is to plan initiatives relating to business needs by utilizing the networks and services of both companies through potential collaborations such as:

1) Support for Japanese and Taiwanese companies in their expansion into the Japanese/Taiwanese market based on mutual cooperation

2) Provision of information for RITEK Group’s real estate and business investment in Japan

　Since its foundation in 1988, RITEK, the world’s largest optical disk manufacturer listed on GreTai Securities Market, has supplied OEM products to distinguished Japanese brands. It is known for its superior technical capabilities and high quality, which have put the company in the list of the top 100 Taiwanese brands. Currently, RITEK Group has locations in 7 countries and the scope of its business has been expanding into night market restaurant chain businesses in Taiwan, nanotechnology product manufacturing, and nursing, etc.
