    Fully furnished accomodations, equipped with appliances and daily necessities, are available for stays as a local of 1 month or more. Some apartments have front desks and fitness gyms, etc. We will introduce you to properties according to your budget. 1LDK/2LDK/3LDK apartments for family residences are also available.

  • Long-term housing

    Long-term (more than 1 year)

    Bilingual support from viewing to move-in for long-term (1 year or more) unfurnished and furnished apartments for rent. We also offer lifeline setup and move-in attendance. (Some services are available at an additional charge).

    Our unique package is designed to eliminate all barriers for individuals looking for a suitable room. We offer plans that include no need for a Japanese emergency contact, a lifeline setup at move-in, a 24-hour multilingual support desk and on-site service. Since we are the property lessor, there is no need to worry about communication.
